8. How does evolution theory connect with
quantum mechanics?
In my research and reading I believe
to understand evolution which connected with quantum mechanics is the proposal
of genetic code. But there are some circumstances that it does not hold the
quantum many studies have proven, they both are related to mutation. The
quantum mechanics is mostly about the behavior and interaction with particles
where the evolutionary theory can tell that the cells are individually mutated.
If Charles Darwin and Brain Greene were to have met there would be a
conversation that would be very interesting with their beliefs and theory’s. I
am positive that there would definitely be an argument or a discussion on evolutionary
theory and quantum mechanics. Charles Darwin research that all species have the
common ancestor and he would say that evolution explains species that have become from
natural selection. Charles Darwin evolutionary theory also
implies that evolution occurs from nature selection
which is random. Greene was the one to that
created the string theory it was explained to be different particle species of
the standard model of particle. Brian Greene quantum theory says that "It is impossible to predict
how an individual particle will behave or find the exactly position of
it". Basically from both of the two
theories they are the same either way anyone may look at it, they both believe
in evolution that it take place with a complete random matter. When you
collapse more specific theories there are different believes of the principle
of atoms. As I looked for a quote from Darwin this one stood out to me the
most, I get from it that it is important to gain as much knowledge in your life
time as possible. “Ignorance more
frequently begets confidence than does knowledge it is those who know little,
not those who know much, who so positively assert that this or that problem
will never be solved by science”. (Charles Darwin,
Introduction to The Descent of Man, 1871)
These
are two images I found on goggle the one on the left is from Brian Greene is
the string theory the one on the right is from Charles Darwin theory of
evolution. They both stood out to me for the purpose that they both seemed very interesting. The string theory is something you can not take your eyes off of i just wanted to keep starring at it very hypnotizing. The alligator picture had drawn me to it for the simple fact how it says humans are not the center of attention or the end product. This meant to me that there are other things in this world to worry about then ourselves or how the end of the day may turn out. We should be focusing on things that can make a difference in the long run for the futures of our children, grandchild, and so forth.
